Ovinos Manchegos is a company dedicated to the production of lamb and beef manchego of the highest quality. In continuous growth Ovinos Manchegos is a reference brand in the Spanish industry. We do sell to: retailers, wholesalers and department stores nationwide in Spain; exporting to Arabic countries, Asia and all Europe. Our products are the result of a strict selection of our own herds with rigorous quality controls throught our own microbiological laboratory certified under ISO 9001, as well as the controls of the Spanish Administration and the European authorities.
We do all process in-house:
1. Feeding and breeding of animals in certified own feedlots.
2. Slaughtering and classification: with a weekly capacity of more than 15,000 livestock.
3. Cutting, boning, packaging and preparation of products in-house.
4. Distribution and transportation with our own fleet of vehicles for the Spanish market.
Among its wide range of meat products you can find:
1. Lamb: channels classified in all categories (kid, sucking, minor sheep and lamb Mayor), cutting, trays in modified atmosphere, pre-cooked dishes 5th range, frozen and offal products.
2. Veal: veal channels, Highland, Novillo, cow and bull, cutting, subdespiece, trays in modified atmosphere, pre-cooked dishes 5th range, frozen and offal products.
3. Pork: channels, cutting, subdespiece, pre-cooked dishes 5th range, products of offal, suckling pigs and piglets.
